This is the website of RunKeepAI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you use this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Website Provided “As Is”
Everything on this site is here for general information only, on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We try to keep it accurate and current. We make no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, about how complete, accurate or reliable it is. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to do work for you.
Services and Proposals
What we say here about our work (websites, AI systems, operations tools and the rest) is general information. A job becomes binding only when it is confirmed in a written agreement between you and RunKeepAI. An online authorisation or an e-signature counts as a written agreement, as explained below. The price, the scope and the timing are set in that agreement, not by reading this page.
No Professional Advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Do not use it in place of advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, RunKeepAI is not liable for any damages that come from your use of this website, from your not being able to use it, or from any errors or anything left out of it. You use the site at your own risk. This section is about the website only. It does not change or limit any separate written service agreement.
What this section does not do. Nothing here limits or excludes liability for gross negligence, wilful or intentional misconduct, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. New Jersey law does not permit a party to disclaim liability for intentional wrongdoing, and this policy does not attempt to. Nothing here waives any right you have that cannot be waived, and nothing here limits any remedy available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.
What “In Writing” Means Here
Electronic counts. Wherever these Terms say written, in writing, signed or agreement, that includes an electronic record and an electronic signature. An online authorisation, a checkbox or a button you click to accept, an e-signed document, or an email confirmation from either of us. It does not need paper or ink.
Under the New Jersey Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (N.J.S.A. 12A:12-1 et seq.) and the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §7001), a record or a signature still counts even though it is electronic. Both of us agree to do business this way. You can change your mind at any time. Tell us, and we will send your documents another way.
Intellectual Property
Everything on this website belongs to RunKeepAI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. That covers the text, the logos, the graphics, the 3D assets, the code and the design. You may not copy it, reproduce it or reuse it without our written permission first.
We keep the design current
The design and the code of this site belong to RunKeepAI, and we keep improving them. Layout changes, faster loading, accessibility and security updates, and fixes as browsers change. We may make those changes at any time, without notice. Your own content is never changed unless you ask. Your name, your words, your photographs and your prices stay the way you gave them to us.
Links and Third Parties
This site links out to other companies. A map, an ordering service, a social media page. We are not responsible for what is on those sites, how they are run, or how they handle your information. The links are there for your convenience and do not mean we endorse them. Once you leave this site, that company’s terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website is handled in the courts in New Jersey.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms.
